Quick and Easy Shrimp Tacos
Perfect for those long, hot summer nights, these shrimp tacos come togther in a jiffy by using store bought cooked shrimp.
- ¾ cup mango diced
- 1 cup bagged coleslaw mix
- 1 avocado diced
- ½ pound cooked shrimp
- ½ tsp Seafood Taco Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salsa
- ¼ tsp Cilantro Lime Crema
- 8 Street Tacos Tortillas flour or corn
Warm up Street Tacos Tortillas in a skillet over medium heat. Be careful not to burn
Take off heat.
Mix shrimp with Seafood Seasoning
Place about 1/8 cup baggied coleslaw mix on street taco tortillas.
Place 2 -3 shrimp on top of coleslaw mix.
Top with diced mango and avocado.
Finish with a dollop of salsa and cilantro lime crema.
