Quick and Easy Shrimp Tacos

Perfect for those long, hot summer nights, these shrimp tacos come togther in a jiffy by using store bought cooked shrimp.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup mango diced
  • 1 cup bagged coleslaw mix
  • 1 avocado diced
  • ½ pound cooked shrimp
  • ½ tsp Seafood Taco Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salsa
  • ¼ tsp Cilantro Lime Crema
  • 8 Street Tacos Tortillas flour or corn

Instructions

  • Warm up Street Tacos Tortillas in a skillet over medium heat. Be careful not to burn
  • Take off heat.
  • Mix shrimp with Seafood Seasoning
  • Place about 1/8 cup baggied coleslaw mix on street taco tortillas.
  • Place 2 -3 shrimp on top of coleslaw mix.
  • Top with diced mango and avocado.
  • Finish with a dollop of salsa and cilantro lime crema.
