Equipment

1 AM/FM Casette Recorder
1 60 minute Cassette Tape 30 minutes a side, for 2 soundtracks A & B

Instructions

Place Cassette into Cassette Recorder and shut the door.
Tune radio until you find a song you like or that you think resonates with your intention.
Hit the record button.
Log the name of the song on the cassette's index card.
Repeat until you fill one side of the tape.
Rewind, hit play and enjoy!
