Cilantro Lime Crema
Cilantro Lime Crema is an easy sauce for fish or shrimp tacos. Can also be used as a zesty sauce for dipping veggie. This recipe makes about a cup of sauce.

- ½ cup cilantro
- 1 garlic clove
- ½ seeded jalapeno
- Juice of ½ lime
- ½ shallot
- ½ tsp honey
- salt to taste
