Quick and Easy Shrimp Tacos
Ingredients
- ¾ cup mango diced
- 1 cup bagged coleslaw mix
- 1 avocado diced
- ½ pound cooked shrimp
- ½ tsp Seafood Taco Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salsa
- ¼ tsp Cilantro Lime Crema
- 8 Street Tacos Tortillas flour or corn
Instructions
- Warm up Street Tacos Tortillas in a skillet over medium heat. Be careful not to burn
- Take off heat.
- Mix shrimp with Seafood Seasoning
- Place about 1/8 cup baggied coleslaw mix on street taco tortillas.
- Place 2 -3 shrimp on top of coleslaw mix.
- Top with diced mango and avocado.
- Finish with a dollop of salsa and cilantro lime crema.
